Are you 18 years or older? Do you have a High School Diploma or GED? Are you planning on attending an accredited university or college and take a minimum of 6 credit hours of study?
If yes, you may be eligible for financial aid!

Each Application must also provide a copy of High School Diploma or GED Certification, Personal Letter outlining Educational Goals, and Letter of Acceptance from College/University.
Application MUST be fully completed in order for it to be presented to the SLPT Council.
Remember you will need to have the NEEDS ANALYSIS SUMMARY completed by both yourself AND the Financial Aid Office
