I went to the Ferc website and posted comments re Ruby after you emailed me. I have tried hard on Facebook to get people behind your cause but am having little joy, I will keep trying. Have you thought of getting a petition on Care2, people WILL sign these petitions, I WOULD be able to get one of these circulated and signed a lot on Facebook. Warm Wishes
